• 5 large bunk rooms sleeping approx 10 each  (total of 6 double beds available)
• 2 small “cooks” rooms sleeping 3 each
• There are 17 mattresses available for Marae style sleeping - on request. 
• One large central hall for meeting /dining with tables and chairs to seat 75
• One fully equipped catering kitchen with three stoves, walk in chiller and cutlery and crockery to serve 60-70.
• 2 sets of bathrooms – each has two toilets, two showers and 3 washbasins
• Washing machine, dryer and large under roof area behind hall
• Large sunny deck with amazing views and tables
• Parking area with separate bus bay
• Not wheelchair accessible
